I have been made aware that unfortunately due to questions and answers to the TMUA exam being leaked, some students are at a disadvantage and so I'd recommend that everyone affected complain. Please see below for guidance on how to do this:
Email Pearson Vue: pvemeacustomerservice@pearson.com
Subject: Formal complaint around the TMUA
Body:
A. Include candidate full name, phone number, email, UCAS ID, Test ID, assessment name, date & location of assessment
B.
"I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the recent TMUA exam. In advance of the second sitting I have been made aware that the questions and answers from the first sitting were leaked. I have been informed that the questions and answers were identical and as such I am concerned that my chance of securing a spot at my top university choices is at risk.
Please advise how the situation is going to be rectified."
You will receive a response that may be unsatisfactory. If this happens, formally escalate the issue.
